concierge_loyalty_imgEvery time you visit Ecouter Salon, you will earn points. Over time your points will add up and you can redeem them for FREE gift cards to use toward any service of your choice. We appreciate our guests and understand that you deserve to be rewarded for your loyalty. This is a FREE program and is presented as a courtesy to ALL of our guests. There is no obligation on your part and you are automatically enrolled.

How do I earn points?

You earn points anytime you are at Ecouter Salon
Every $1.00 spent on products and services = 1point
Example: A $35 haircut = 35 points, likewise a $14 product = 14 points.

(This also includes gift card purchases, however you do not accumulate points on gift card redemption)

How can I accumulate points faster?

  • Earn 25 points when you book your next appointment at the reservation desk before leaving the salon
  • Earn 25 points when you try a service for the first time
  • Earn 50 points for a new salon referral (points go in your rewards account on the day your referral comes in for their appointment)

What do I get for my points?

Points can be redeemed for FREE gift cards, in the following amounts:
  • 400 points=$10 gift card
  • 800 points=$25 gift card
  • 1600 points=$55 gift card
